ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Our recruiting services are organized under three Recruiting Directors who are responsible for the successful completion of all assigned searches. They are supported by two or more Recruiters who search for and find qualified candidates.

For those searches where additional assistance or industry expertise is required, our Network Director is responsible for selecting and working with other executives search and recruiting firms on a split-fee basis to quickly find qualified candidates. This networking relationship enables us to have a multi-level screening process to ensure that candidates are fully qualified before submission to our client.

Our Consulting Director is responsible for providing our staffing analysis and military recruiting program services. The Consulting Director is supported by several operational and process improvement consultants with years of experience in conducting staffing analysis.
