Academy Recruiters is a contingency recruiting firm that has been very successful in establishing long-term relationships with many corporate clients. There is no cost for our services until a candidate is hired. Our fees are based a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary and offer a replacement guarantee for all candidates hired or credit toward the next placement.
